What You'll Do As An Assistant Manager ? Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards ? Develop & deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to childrens needs ? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards ? Provide leadership & mentorship to staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team ? Ideal Assistant Manager Candidate ?? Level 3 qualification or above in early years education ?? Experience in an early years setting , with supervisory experience an advantageideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner ??
