Support the Centre Director

in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards Develop & deliver

an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs Ensure compliance

with regulatory requirements and maintain health & safety standards Provide leadership & mentorship

to staff, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team Enhance customer satisfaction

by delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families Assist with administrative tasks , including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment Manage operational records

and support financial planning to ensure sustainability Required Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification or above

in early years education Experience in an early years setting , with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

to inspire and support your team Passionate about fostering children’s development
