We are seeking an ambitious and experienced leader to join our team as Assistant Principal - STEM. About the Role Reporting to the FE Deputy Principal, the Assistant Principal (STEM) will provide strategic leadership for STEM curriculum provision across the FE College and hold responsibility for the delivery and performance of GCSE Maths and English across FE programmes. This role will lead Heads of Department and work closely with quality and student experience teams to ensure strong teaching, clear progression pathways and inclusive learner support.
