About the Role Were looking for an ambitious and values-driven senior curriculum leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. As Assistant Principal for Young People (Curriculum Delivery & Quality), you will ensure high-quality, consistent curriculum delivery across our Young People provision. Youll lead Academy Directors,drive improvements in teaching, learning and assessment, and play a key role in delivering outstanding outcomes, attendance and learner experience. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on shaping direction, building capability, and ensuring excellence across multiple curriculum areas. Key Responsibilities Lead high-quality curriculum delivery and ensure full implementation of study programme requirements, including the Skills Guarantee. Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, assessment and learner outcomes. Line-manage and develop Academy Directors, building leadership capacity across the provision.
