Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of civil works projects across a complex nuclear programme
Drive implementation of site-specific design changes into deliverables
Support internal and external interfaces to ensure integrated delivery
Engage early with stakeholders to identify risks, obsolescence and mitigation
Assist technical elements of procurement and contract management
Capture lessons learned and embedding continuous improvement practices
Qualifications & Requirements
Background in civil, mechanical, electrical or systems engineering – ideally with a degree
APM qualification or working toward this status
Understanding of construction activities and multidisciplinary coordination
Experience supporting projects across the full lifecycle in complex environments
Experience with procurement, contract management and commercial close-out
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, inclusive mindset
