Project Assistant / Assistant Project Manager - Temporary Contract

Leading Research Campus | £350 - £360 per day

Are you an ambitious and highly competent Project Assistant or Assistant Project Manager with a strong technical background in mechanical or electrical works We have an immediate contract opportunity for a hands-on professional to join our team at a prestigious research campus.

We are seeking an assistant to help manage the day-to-day running of our busy sites. With a significant increase in workload due to new tenders, this role is essential to our operations. It's a temporary position lasting until the end of January, with the strong potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate as our project pipeline continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

Project Management Support: Assist with the end-to-end management of various projects ranging in size and scope across the campus.

Health & Safety: Conduct and manage site inductions and health and safety checks to ensure a safe working environment.

Programming & Documentation: Help with project programming and other key administrative tasks to keep projects on schedule.

On-Site Presence: Be a key presence on site, ready to step up and handle project needs in the absence of the Project Manager.

Coordination: Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
