*The Role*
We’re looking for an organised Assistant Project Manager to join our team and take charge of quoting for both our *maintenance division* and *larger works projects*. You’ll be producing a *high volume of quotes*, sourcing materials, and helping make sure jobs are profitable and well-run. You’ll also play a key role in *improving our current quoting systems and processes*.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare accurate and timely quotes for maintenance jobs and larger refurbishment projects. * Review and improve our existing quoting process and documentation. * Source and order materials at the best value. * Monitor costs and margins on ongoing projects. * Liaise with clients and the internal team to clarify job scopes and manage expectations. * Handle contract documentation, terms, and agreements in line with legal and commercial standards. * Assist in resolving any pricing-related or contractual disputes quickly and professionally. * Provide variations, valuations, and support with payment applications.

*Required Skills & Experience:*
* Experience as a Assistant Project Manager (maintenance, refurb, or construction background). * Comfortable handling a high volume of estimates with strong attention to detail. * Confident improving systems and ways of working. * Strong commercial understanding and good negotiation skills. * Excellent communication – written, spoken, and with clients. * Comfortable using Excel and/or estimating software.
*Where is it?*
We’re based in *Loughborough Junction, London*.
*Hours?*
Monday–Friday: *7.30am – 4.30pm*

£25-35k DOE
