Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Surrey - £35,000-£45,000

The appointed Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support project delivery from inception through to completion, working closely with senior team members and clients. The Role * Assisting with cost planning, budgeting and feasibility studies as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor * Supporting procurement processes, tendering and contractor engagement * Assisting with contract administration duties (primarily JCT) * Monitoring project costs, variations and financial reporting * Supporting valuations and final accounts as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor * Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams * Working closely with senior surveyors to ensure successful delivery

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor? * Degree qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline * Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or relevant industry placement * Basic understanding of JCT contracts and commercial processes * Keen to work towards MRICS chartership * Strong communication and organisational skills * Motivated and career-driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor
