The projects will be between £5m - £50m in the Northern home counties covering leisure , commercial and residential projects. We are a well-established and growing Main Contractor delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team.

You will assist in managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through to final account, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of construction.
