Benefits: Competitive salary plus gratuities of up to £400 per month Paid overtime Live-in accommodation available (various options) 45 hour contract 5 days over 7 Opportunity to work within a 3AA Rosette environment Stunning Lake District location As Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will support the senior management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high standards are maintained across all services. This is a hands-on floor-based role requiring a confident hospitality professional with strong food and beverage knowledge and the ability to lead from the front. You will work closely with an experienced team of nine, helping to guide service, train staff, and ensure every guest receives polished yet warm hospitality. la carte service, and high-end environments will be particularly well suited.
