Jody often describes Buvette as a gastroteque: a creative expression of great gastronomy made in-house, where almost everything is prepared from scratch, down to cocktail bitters and many of the small details that shape the guest experience.

Assistant Restaurant Manager - Open Team: Management role eligible for management benefits As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of operations and service delivery. You will help lead shifts, support the team, and ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience. As this role will run shifts in a managerial capacity alongside another manager, it is eligible for management benefits.
Key Responsibilities Supporting daily operations and service standards Leading shifts and coordinating floor, bar, and gastro teams Ensuring excellent guest experience and smooth service flow Supporting training, onboarding, and team development Assisting with reservations, rotas, and service planning A ble to work rotating shift patterns which includes earlies and lates
About You Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role Strong leadership and communication skills Guest-focused, organised, and proactive approach Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Passion for hospitality and team development
Salary & Benefits £38,000 £42,000 per annum (a combination of basic salary and service charge) Industry-leading staff perk Expected start date: Mid April
