The Position
We are seekingan experienced Assistant Restaurant Managerto join our opening team. The successful candidate will be friendly,personableand passionate aboutguest experience,foodand drink.
You will supportmanagement and by supervising,delegatingand managingthefloor team to ensure correct procedures and standards are always upheld, and that guests receive the highest levels of service throughout their visit.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
Previousexperience asfloor manager or assistant managerina high-end restaurant and/or private members club for more than 1 year
Extensive and proven experience of delivering exceptional service,foodand drink
Workingknowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene and Fire Regulations relevant to the business
Proven ability torecruit,manage,trainand motivate adiverseteam of people
A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
Experience in managinglabour budgets,schedulingand reviewing staff rotas
