About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team at Oblixat The Shard . As a key member of our front-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Previous experience as a n Assistant Restaurant Manager , in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant

Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team

Eager to learn and develop both yourself and your team

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritise
