Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and oversee all aspects of daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience, managing and mentoring the team, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, warm, and professional service Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand and service standards Develop and implement training and development plans to nurture a high-performance team Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, budgets, and targets, to drive efficiency without compromising service Handle guest relations with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, maintaining a positive and engaged atmosphere Coordinate closely with the kitchen and senior management team to ensure seamless collaboration Take charge of recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and team morale Uphold health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times Contribute to building a workplace culture that values professionalism, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile Proven experience in a management role within high-end or fast-paced restaurant environments Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentorship and development In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a calm, proactive attitude Strong financial acumen, including labour and P&L management Passionate about hospitality, team culture, and delivering outstanding guest experiences What's in it for you?
