I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Birmingham. The scheme compromises of 140 Traditional build units, mixture of houses and flats.
Duties
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from 2nd fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for managing around 20 plots at one time. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site and managing health and safety on site.
Requirements
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate
