Your new role As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day running of a busy residential development. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring plots are built safely, to specification and to the highest quality standards Coordinating trades and subcontractors Managing site paperwork, H&S documentation, and weekly reporting Supporting customer care processes and handover preparation Upholding build programmes and identifying risks or delays Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and building regulations You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and customer‑focused build process.
