If so, Gleeson has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our high-performing Construction team. You'll work closely with subcontractors, external partners, and our onsite Sales team to help deliver safe, efficient, and successful developments.
What You'll Be Doing
As Assistant Site Manager, you'll support the Site and Contracts Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of our housing developments. You'll play a key role in: Ensuring site safety by promoting and enforcing our Home Safe procedures. Managing construction and customer care activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering 5-star customer satisfaction. Liaising with stakeholders including suppliers, subcontractors, internal teams, and local communities. Using digital tools like Zutec and Digital Plot Books to manage site documentation and progress. Leading by example, fostering a collaborative and respectful site culture.
