A respected and design-led housebuilder is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their award-winning team. You'll support the Site and Project Managers in delivering exceptional new homes — safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with day-to-day site operations and team coordination

Uphold and implement Health & Safety procedures

Ensure site presentation and housekeeping are first class

Support delivery against programme and technical documentation

Conduct inspections and prepare for key stage sign-offs

Maintain accurate site records

What You’ll Need:

Experience as an Assistant Site Manager in housebuilding

Must be flexible and comfortable with acting as holiday cover for multiple sites

SSSTS or SMSTS + First Aid (Scaffold Appreciation a bonus)

Strong working knowledge of Building Regs & warranty standards

Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate trades
