Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum + package
A well regarded super prime residential main contractor is seeking an Assistant Site/Project Manager to support the delivery of a high end residential project in St John’s Wood.
Reporting into the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager or Assistant Project Manager to gain hands on experience on a flagship super prime scheme.
The Role:
Supporting the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager with day to day site operations.
Taking responsibility for managing a designated floor/area of the building.
Coordinating daily activities including DABs, signage, and site inductions.
Managing labourer and assisting with subcontractor coordination.
Maintaining site paperwork.
Helping ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
Being proactive on site and learning the full delivery process of a super prime fit out project.
Requirements:
Experience of Prime Residential projects is essential.
