As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, optimize operations, and drive performance, ensuring that every customer experiences the high standards that define OAKBERRY. This role is designed for an ambitious leader who is eager to develop into a Store Manager in the near future.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and train the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure operational efficiency, from stock and waste management to payroll and compliance
• Drive sales and performance, ensuring the store meets and exceeds targets
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality
• Foster a collaborative and energetic team culture
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in hospitality or retail
• A strong, hands-on leader with a passion for team development and customer experience
• Strong operational and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindset
• A customer-first approach, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service
• A proactive, results-driven mentality in a fast-paced environment
• Full-time availability, including weekends
