Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager: Assist in day‑to‑day running of the store ensuring costs are contained within targets. Drive Sales: Help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times. Team Development: Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example. Deputise for the Manager: Step in when required to ensure smooth store operations.
