Assistant Store Manager – Bexhill-on-Sea We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Bexhill-on-Sea and support day‑to‑day store operations. Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values. Ensure highest standard of customer service. Achieve sales and performance targets. Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising. Maximise sales through physical and digital channels. Support recruitment and development of volunteers. Contribute to campaign activities and achieve expectations. Work with manager to generate stock. Work weekends, bank holidays, and on a rota basis, and be flexible with hours. Handle physical demands associated with collections, deliveries, and donations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience. Commercially driven, encouraging new ideas. Inclusive approach to developing teams. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards. Results‑driven with recognition of right result, right way.
