What does this role involve As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Ensuring highest standard of customer service Achieving targets Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising Maximising sales through physical and digital channels Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers Achieving expectations within campaign activities Working with the manager to generate stock

Our stores are fast‑paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life‑saving research.
