Job Description: This organisation helps to improve board-level performance across a range of sectors by providing a range of consulting services, including board review and analysis, strategic consulting, leadership development, people management consulting and executive search. They have been publicly recognised for their commitment to diversity in the boardroom.
We have been asked to identify a 2nd jobber, someone with three years of experience in the corporate world who can join the team on delivering against a number of varied projects. Ideally, your work experience will be able to display transferable strengths in project work, attention to detail, consulting, advising and influencing.
The Role:
You will be a fully integrated and critical member of the research and delivery team, working on the delivery and execution of a range of solutions across board development.
You will enjoy an unusual level of responsibility and impact in shaping the business and affecting its performance.
You will be expected to navigate complexity proactively and deliver high-level debate on topical business issues through exceptional written work.
You will be subject to a steep learning curve, particularly relating to how boards operate, their composition and what drives effectiveness.
There is considerable scope for personal development, formal business training and a high degree of responsibility.
