Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property consultancy as they look to appoint an
MRICS-qualified Associate Building Surveyor
to join their established Central London team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a
project-focused Building Surveyor
who is confident leading schemes from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will bring
a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
and a strong track record delivering high-quality work across commercial and education sectors.
The Role
You will take a leading role in managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. This position is well suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage building surveying projects across commercial and education sectors
Deliver project work including contract administration, project management, and technical due diligence
Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong professional relationships
Support junior team members and contribute to the growth of the London office
About You
MRICS qualified with
3+ years PQE
Strong project delivery experience
Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
