Job Description

Dove & Hawk have partnered with a Commercial Real Estate consultancy who are looking to grow the Building Surveying team by adding an Chartered Surveyor (Associate Level) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience to service a mix of clients including investors, lenders, occupiers, developers, and the public sector. The role itself will involve a mix of both Project work and Professional work over a mix of commercial properties (Office Space, Industrial & Retail). This role will suit someone looking to join an established and agile consultancy within the London market.

Salary: £75000.00 - £80000.00 per annum

Administer contracts for both small- and large-scale construction projects
Maintain and service relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to develop new business through networking and relationship-building initiatives.
Manage and monitor project progress from inception to completion
Conduct building surveys across various types of properties
Perform technical due diligence for property acquisitions and disposals
Advise on and manage party wall matters
Prepare and implement planned maintenance schedules

Requirements Of The Role

MRICS Qualification.
At least 5 years PQE working in the Commercial Building Surveying space.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong IT skills with a track record of using surveying software.
A collaborative attitude when it comes to providing high levels of service.

Salary Budgets: £75-80,000 Basic Salary, Bonus & Car Allowance

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (HYBRID WORKING PROVIDED)
