We are looking to recruit an Associate Director level, Senior Cost Manager / Commercial Manager to lead on a prestigious infrastructure‑based project. As an experienced professional, you will bring a wealth of cost management knowledge and a consultative approach, delivering value‑added services and driving client objectives. Main Purpose of the Role

Act as the Commission Manager, responsible for end‑to‑end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex commissions. Serve as the key day‑to‑day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through value‑added cost management.

Qualifications

Proven Cost / Commercial Management experience. Preferably MRICS. Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost. Post contract administration. Experience working on major programmes and projects, especially in infrastructure (rail, air, power, highways). Leadership and team‑management experience.
