About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Director, Business Development to join a growing international non‑profit and help drive growth and expand impact across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) in the areas of patient safety and quality improvement. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role combining business development, relationship management, and project oversight. You will work closely with healthcare organisations, regulators, and industry partners to identify challenges, co‑develop solutions, and deliver meaningful improvements in patient safety. You’ll thrive in this role if you are energetic, people‑oriented, comfortable operating in complex healthcare environments, and motivated by making a tangible difference to patient outcomes.

Experience & Background
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a healthcare provider or related environment, with a focus on patient safety and quality improvement
At least 3 years’ experience in a management or leadership role
Proven track record in business development, partnership building, and revenue generation
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape; EMEA exposure strongly preferred
Backgrounds of particular interest include: Medical Devices, Healthcare Supply Chain, Healthcare Regulation

Education & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a healthcare‑related field
UK domicile or appropriate visa and work permit
Willingness to commit to extensive travel (approximately 50%), including extended international trips
