A national property consultancy with offices across the country and looking for an AD level property management surveyor to join their team here in Leeds. With a business built around their clients with offices opening depending on where the client needs them, your new organisation is a business that puts their clients and assets at the centre of what they do.
Your new role
In your new role you will be working closely with the property management team on a commercial portfolio within Yorkshire and North East. Some parts of the portfolio are mixed-use properties, but there is a specialist residential team to handle the resi parts of the portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role, you will need to have a proven track record delivering a client-focused property management service on a commercial portfolio. You will need to deliver rent reviews, regears, lease negotiations.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will get a salary of £55,000-£60,000. The holiday entitlement is 25 days plus discretionary leave over Christmas. On completion of probation, you will be able to join the electric vehicle scheme and private medical insurance.
