Associate Director
East of England (Hybrid working model)
Experience: 8+ years
An established and respected planning-led consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead key projects and support their ongoing growth. This is an opportunity to lead planning work with autonomy, manage client relationships and make a real contribution to a high-performing team.
Why this role?
This is a senior post with real influence. You’ll work alongside directors, oversee planning applications and appeals and help drive business development activity. The company is employee-owned and works across residential, commercial and strategic planning projects nationwide.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and lead planning applications, appeals and representations
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Represent clients at hearings and inquiries
Mentor junior team members
Contribute to business development, fee proposals and work generation
You will need:
Chartered RTPI membership
At least eight to ten years of experience, with significant private sector experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Project and budget management experience
A UK driving license
Strong market package including fantastic benefits package and hybrid working set up.
