As an Associate Partner in the Energy Practice, you will:
Lead senior-level client engagements , partnering with C-suite and executive stakeholders to deliver impactful consulting solutions.
Drive business development activities, identifying and converting opportunities into transformative projects for key clients in the energy sector.
Build and develop high-performing consulting teams , fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and innovative culture.
Design and implement market-leading propositions across areas such as Oil & Gas Trading , supply chain management , upstream operations , manufacturing , and mobility solutions .
Shape client strategies for navigating complex energy market transitions, optimizing operations, and driving profitability in a sustainable manner.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership in the evolving energy landscape.
We are looking for an Associate Partner with:
Proven success in business development , including identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals.
Oil & Gas Trading
Upstream Energy Operations
Strong understanding of the energy market dynamics , including trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
Have both industry and consulting experience , with a deep understanding of client challenges and the ability to craft tailored solutions.
Demonstrate thought leadership in the energy sector, contributing to industry forums, white papers, and other public platforms.
