The Role

We are looking for consulting account anchors responsible for sales and delivery of Oracle ERP programmes at key clients, with proven experience in areas such as:

• Providing leadership to capture and sell Oracle transformation solutions.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions.
• Acting as trusted advisors to clients on Oracle matters.
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
• Developing proactive proposals focusing on value proposition and differentiators.
• Managing revenues and margins, with an annual target of ~$6 Mn.
• Driving new business, sales, and strategy for Oracle solutions in enterprises.
• Ensuring high-quality delivery of services, solutions, and products.
• Building relationships with partners and team members.
• Leading and mentoring subordinate managers.

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

• Proven track record in Oracle project delivery.
• Expertise in Oracle applications aligned with business needs.
• Thought leadership in Oracle, including knowledge dissemination.
• Experience in global delivery with offshore resources.
• Leadership experience in service organizations.
• Strong sales, presentation, and networking skills.
