Salary: £26,500 + uncapped commission (OTE £30k–£130k+)

What you’ll do
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and support to help you succeed in recruitment from day one. You’ll:
Learn from experienced recruitment professionals and industry experts
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
Develop expertise in the nuclear and wider technical recruitment markets
Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
Progress to a 360 Recruitment Consultant role within 12 months
