• Leading and delivering on new build projects across housing, urban regeneration, or logistics / warehousing sectors
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
• Contributing to business growth and development by bringing fresh ideas and a proactive mindset
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff where appropriate

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong track record in new build construction – ideally residential, regeneration, or industrial / logistics sectors
• Excellent commercial and communication skills
• Someone motivated to progress to Associate level in the near future
• A team player with the ambition to help shape the future of the business
