Associate Town Planner | Associate Director Location: Leeds or Manchester (Hybrid)

With new office space launching in Leeds on 1st August, and an expanding presence in Manchester, this is an exciting time to join a forward-thinking firm with national reach and local expertise.

They provide strategic planning services-primarily residential planning applications and land promotions-supported by in-house expertise in development economics, design, and heritage.

The Role

Depending on your experience level, your role may involve leading projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

* Advising on the development potential of land and buildings * Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals * Drafting policy representations for Local Plan consultations * Working with developers, landowners, and consultants on a range of residential-led projects * Supporting planning appeals and Local Plan Examinations * Contributing to land identification and strategic planning initiatives

About You

We are keen to speak to ambitious, commercially aware planning professionals who meet the following criteria:

* A degree in Town Planning or related subject * MRTPI or working towards chartership * Strong understanding of the UK planning system * Excellent writing, communication, and client-facing skills * Proactive, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
