Audio Visual Project Manager\n\nCommercial\n\n £40,000 to £50,000 per annum\n\nHybrid Opportunity\n\nYork and surrounding area\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe're working with an established AV Commercial and infastructure services business (20+ years in the market). They're expanding and seeking a technically astute Project Manager to bridge the world between sales/consultancy and installation execution.\n\nThis role is critical: you'll provide technical leadership, client interaction, and install team coordination from start to finish.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBe the technical point of contact for clients, handling queries, clarifying requirements, and translating them into deliverable solutions\nPerform site surveys and produce survey reports that feed into project proposals\nDesign AV solutions aligned with company standards and client budgets\nSpecify equipment, prepare proposal documentation, assist the sales and install teams with technical clarity\nCoordinate installation teams on site: liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery\nManage project documentation: drawings, internal records, RAMS, change orders, site drawings, etc.\nProvide on-site and phone technical support during delivery phases\nAssist with equipment staging / preparation prior to installation\nKeep your technical knowledge sharp with industry training and product updatesWhat We're Looking For\n\nProven background combining technical AV understanding and project management / client liaison\nGood knowledge of AV systems, displays, projection, conferencing, control systems\nStrong communication skills, comfortable speaking with clients, internal teams, contractors\nExcellent organisation and time management under pressure\nExperience with survey, design, and translating client requirements into technical documentation\nConfidence leading installation teams on site\nDegree or technical qualification is a plus (but not essential)\nRelevant certifications (e.g. CTS, AVIXA, PMP) are helpful\nFull UK driving licenceWhat's On Offer\n\n£40,000 - £45,000 salary, depending on experience\nA role that balances technical depth + client-facing exposure\nOpportunity to grow into senior roles as the business expands\nTraining & exposure to a wide range of AV technologies and projects\nSupportive team environment with varied workHow to Apply\n\nIf you're an AV savvy, technically minded project manager who thrives on seeing projects through from concept to completion, this role might suit you very well.\n\nYou could be a:\nTechnical AV Project Manager | AV Project Manager | Audio Visual Project Manager | AV Install Project Manager | Audio Visual Project Leader | AV Design & Installation Manager | AV Systems Project Manager | AV Solutions Manager | AV Integration Project Manager | AV PM | Technical PM AV | AV Project Coordinator\n\nINDAV\n\n(url removed) - (phone number removed)
