This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up, or an established Manager seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Youll take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, leading audits from planning through to completion while acting as a trusted advisor. Alongside managing assignments, youll play a key role in developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the firm.

Key responsibilities as Audit Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors
• Leading audit assignments from planning to completion
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts under FRS102
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Supporting business development activities and identifying growth opportunities

About you:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Currently at Assistant Manager or Manager level within Practice
• Strong working knowledge of FRS102
• Confident leading audits and managing client relationships
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Strong communicator with leadership potential
