What Youll Do Conduct high-quality End Point Assessments for automotive apprentices, including practical tasks, professional discussions and knowledge testing Work closely with employers and college staff to prepare apprentices for gateway and the EPA process Provide constructive feedback to apprentices and identify any evidence gaps against assessment standards Ensure assessments are carried out fairly, consistently and in line with awarding body requirements Maintain accurate documentation and records to support compliance and quality assurance Contribute to the continuous improvement of EPA processes and practices Bring your industry insight to ensure assessment activity reflects current automotive technologies and working practices What Youll Bring Significant hands-on experience within the automotive sector Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and modern vehicle systems (EV/hybrid experience desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working confidently with apprentices, employers and academic staff Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a flexible workload independently A commitment to fairness, integrity and high standards in assessment Assessor and/or EPA experience is desirable Why Become an Automotive EPA Coordinator?
