Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Barking, Greater London (IG11 0RJ) . The Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting vehicle sales by managing enquiries, engaging with customers, and guiding them through the buying process.
The role is suited to someone confident speaking with customers, organised with follow-ups, and motivated by achieving results while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Must have a driving licence
Key Responsibilities
Respond to sales enquiries from phone calls, emails, and website leads
Follow up on new and existing enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Engage with customers on-site and over the phone
Discuss vehicle features, pricing, availability, and purchasing options
