Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our Central Government client in seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for an initial six-month assignment.

Location: Milton Keynes | Hybrid

The ideal candidate will hold active SC Clearance and have a proven background in Azure Cloud engineering, demonstrating the following skills and experience:
Proficiency in Azure Services, particularly in building and migrating applications and services to public cloud platforms.
Expertise in the operation and deployment of DevSecOps tools, along with the development of infrastructure as code using Terraform or Bicep.
A strong understanding of cloud security principles and Zero Trust architectures.
Familiarity with NCSC, GDS, and UK government security frameworks-such as Secure by Design, Cloud Security Principles, and Government Functional Standards.
Desirable Qualifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and/or Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) would be advantageous.
Experience in secure environments, particularly within the public sector or defence, is highly advantageous.
