The ICT Programme Delivery team are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Officer with excellent organisational and communication skills to join their team. The PMO role is vital to the support and management of the project portfolio.

This is a full-time role, 37 ½ hours per week.

Base site is Hemel Hempstead Hospital with hybrid working supported. Cross site travel is also required at times.

Interviews for this role will take place on the 3rd and 4th July 2025.

This post is part of the ICT Programme Delivery team. The post holder will support multiple projects, assist in defining and maintaining project management standards, and support successful project delivery.

The post holder will act as the gatekeeper for new project enquiries, ensuring they follow the ICT Project Management Office process.

The PMO manages the Programme team’s shared mailboxes, coordinates calendars and meetings, and produces reports as needed.

The PMO maintains and develops the team's SharePoint site.

The post holder must be conscientious, meticulous, professional, and confidential.

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently, prioritize workload, and handle complex issues under pressure.
