*Role Summary*

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join us as a Cook at our Westley Court Care Home.

*The key responsibilities of our Cook role at Coate Water Care include:*

* Planning of menus to achieve and maintain budgeted food cost * To carry out stocktaking and food rotation procedures under the instruction of the head chef * To ensure that dishes are produced to the required standards of quality and attractiveness before leaving the kitchen * Comply with the statutory regulations concerning food hygiene, COSHH and Health and Safety at work * Preparation of food for special functions
