About you

Youll be someone who brings warmth, care and professionalism to everything you do. You might be someone who: Is naturally nurturing and has experience caring for babies and young children aged five and under

Ideally holds a DfE-approved early years qualification at Level 2 or above (helpful, but not essential)

Is passionate about supporting childrens learning and development through play and exploration

Has an understanding of child development and, ideally, the EYFS, enabling you to follow planned activities and contribute to observations for childrens learning journeys

Is a strong advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued and happy

Enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

between either Orpington or St Mary Cray train station and the nursery, for every shift you work.
