A new opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director has arisen with a dynamic City law firm in their Finance practice.

The firm is in steady growth mode, and the banking and finance team is super busy from work via its successful corporate teams as well as standalone banking clients.

The team would love to hire a Finance Associate with upwards of 5 years’ pqe who is confident of running matters and being a lead point of client contact. Candidates must have strong acquisition / corporate lending experience to advise on transactions in LMA based loan facilities, acquisition facilities for high growth companies and venture debt.

This firm has a great culture with a hugely supportive and friendly partnership which rewards hard work, business generation and team players. They are very open to hire a finance lawyer who may (or may not) be ambitious for a runway to partnership. The opportunity could suit a Finance Associate who wants a change from a global legal powerhouse or large top heavy team or who is in a small firm and seeking a something more dynamic.
