As the

Bar and Lounges Manager , you will take ownership of the bar and lounge areas, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a seamless guest experience. You will lead the bar team during your shifts, oversee training and development, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality in line with 5-star expectations.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a luxury environment and enjoys inspiring their team to deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities Support the F&B Director daily to ensure the bar and lounges operate to 5-star standards Lead, motivate, and support the bar team throughout service Create and manage rotas, anticipating business levels and staffing needs Deliver exceptional guest experiences, consistently going above and beyond Develop and enhance the bar offering to elevate guest satisfaction Maintain strong awareness of business levels to ensure smooth service Communicate updates and departmental changes clearly to the team Train, mentor, and develop team members to support their progression Uphold impeccable standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness Work collaboratively across departments, fostering a positive team culture About You Experience leading or assisting in managing a team within a 5-star hospitality environment Strong understanding of current and emerging bar trends Confident in training, developing, and motivating a team Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional service Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing business needs If you are a dedicated hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service and team leadership, we would love to hear from you.
