Key Responsibilities for Bar & Lounge Supervisor: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar and lounge areas

Support wine service and standards in collaboration with the Head Sommelier

Contribute to the development of bar and lounge menus

Ensure service standards are met consistently

Work collaboratively with the wider food and beverage team

Essential Skills and Experience for Bar & Lounge Supervisor Experience working within food and beverage operations

Experience delivering service in a quality-led hospitality environment

Knowledge of bar and lounge service standards

Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team

Organisational skills and attention to detail
