This role will see you overseeing a talented team while shaping a bar offering that blends classic sophistication with modern trends. From relaxed daytime service through to evening cocktails, youll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences at every touchpoint.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Bar & Lounge Manager
£36,000 to £39,000 per annum plus circa £11,000 service charge
Up to 10% yearly performance-related bonus

Responsibilities as the Bar & Lounge Manager
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar and lounge, ensuring seamless, high-quality service
Leading, motivating, and developing your team to consistently deliver 5-star standards
Managing rotas in line with business levels while maintaining an efficient and well-supported team
Driving the bar offering forward, keeping up with trends and enhancing the overall guest experience
Maintaining exceptional standards across service, presentation, hygiene, and guest care, always going above and beyond
This role would suit an experienced Bar Manager or a strong Assistant Bar & Lounge Manager ready to step up within a luxury environment where attention to detail and guest experience are everything.
