Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week |12pm - 9pm (some flexibility required for events) 25 days holiday + bank holidays | Permanent role We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an inspired, and passionate Bar Manager who is committed to delivering a world class standard of service, partnering with our prestigious client, Diageo in their brand-new Flagship London Headquarters. At the Good Eating company, we create bar experiences which inspire, refresh and energise our clients and teams, producing and serving premium drinks, delivered professionally in a friendly environment; ensuring a beautifully simple approach to food, drink and service. About the Role Collaborating with the General Catering Manager and Diageo Brand Ambassadors. Design menus and creating high-end bar spaces. Ensuring you and your team are customer focused on delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Managing the food and beverage operation to achieve financial targets, ensuring effective stock management and wastage control. Working alongside an industry leading team who operates with integrity and respect; supporting our community; actively embracing our sustainability and CSR targets. Complying with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen & Environmental legislation. Successful completion of select Diageo Bar Academy Modules, Brand Training and World Class Studios modules. Some flexibility around evenings & dependant on events & hospitality. What Were Looking For Well presented and very sociable with a personality that shines through Personal license preferred Able to hold a room and hosting key stakeholders naturally with great charisma Has a love and passion for drinks culture and service, with an emphasis on innovative, creative and market trends Will be well versed with Diageos brands and brand identities A leader who takes ownership and responsibility for the operation.
