The Role:
Overseeing multiple bars within the venue Leading and developing a team of 12 Staying very present on the floor Supporting high-volume service and events
Youll need:
Bar Manager experience in
high-volume / multi-outlet venues Strong leadership and training skills Events experience Organised, proactive, and good energy
