Youll
Be Doing Design, implement, and manage the drinks programme, including cocktails, wines, and spirits. Train and support the bar team to deliver exceptional drinks service. Oversee supplier relationships, stock control, and ordering processes. Work closely with management to achieve financial and operational targets. Develop seasonal cocktail menus and innovative drinks aligned with the Latine concept. Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and consistency at the bar. Monitor beverage cost, margins, and stock levels to maximise profitability. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and beverage partners. Support recruitment, training, and performance management of the bar team. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety standards, and company procedures. About You Experience in a senior beverage or bar management role. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits. Excellent leadership, training, and mentoring abilities.
